SAP CAL - The same permission must not appear multiple time

Hello

I'm getting the attached error message whilst trying to start the Instance:
"com.amazonaws.AmazonServiceException: The same permission must not appear multiple times (Service: AmazonEC2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidParameterValue; Request ID: 3a2c13c7-1364-4b48-9f03-7e1f3ec1a1b8)"

Any ideas?

I eventually terminated the instance and defined a new one.

Activating the latter one raised no issues.
