Partial Payment in APP

Can we make Partial payment for Individual Invoice in APP. I did not mean to say installment option. Suppose i have one invoice of RS.100 & I want pay only 80 Rs. at the time of APP . So is it possible.?

Hello Dear

You can make Partial Payment though APP.

For that, first create a Payment request through F-59

then while running f110, this request will be included for proposal run

Hi IMK , I was never aware of that so I tried your way ,but while making payment request using the Document number (as I am looking for partial payment ,what exactly it does ? when I use the said Transaction?) ,lets assume I have $100.00 line and would like to pay $40.00 only but I want to include this vendor in APP, so am I breaking the line in to two like 40 and 60?please explain, Thx

Hi,

You will have to make a manual payment to partially pay individual invoices. APP selects all the invoices due on the APP run date and makes total payment for the invoices.
