Batches in the Cycle Count

My client currently carries out Cycle Counting with materials controlled by Batch Management.

He understands that based on the creation date of the batch, not all batches will come up during the cycle count. For instance A is set to >30 days and new batches are not included.

Is there any setting to include ALL batches in the Cycle Count irespective of whether it fits the date range?
