Hello,

Over and above what is explained, the contract is created in SAP-MM. The tcode for the same is ME31K.

Here you maintain the details like :

Account assignemtn category :The account assignment category determines which account assignment data (such as cost center, account number and so on) is necessary for the item.

Material: Material no.( If waste, waste material no.)

Target Qty. : Total quantity, agreed with the vendor

Net Price : Net Price in Purchasing Document per unit

Hope this information is useful to you

Regards,

Niraj

Hello,

Once that Contract is entered in the system, from EHS side it needs to be maintained in the Purchasing Doc field in Disposal channel tab in Waste management Business partner.

As not aware about MM confuguration so will not be able to help you on that front.

Niraj

Hi,

From SAP EH&S Waste Management, waste quantities can directly be posted and cleared to inventory management or Warehouse Management. If the waste quantity has been posted in inventory management or Warehouse Management, it can automatically be cleared again with the creation of the purchase order. Purchase orders for the waste disposal can be created directly from SAP EH&S Waste Management. The System can automatically determine a valid contract with a waste disposer.

For creating outline agreements (contracts), the disposer which is assigned to the disposal channel must be defined as a supplier. The disposer u2013vendor relationship must be defined in order to create a purchase order for the disposal service. Usually, the disposer contracts contain the commercial conditions under which the disposal services are carried out. The contracts can either be assigned to a disposal channel or to a partner in a waste approval.
