Issuing Material DIRECT to PM Order through Movement type 261

Dear Friends,

we want to restrict any user can not issue material against PM Order Direct through movement type 261.(GI- Order)

how can we possible. if i remove movement type from users then they can not make issues Debitable for subcontractors and Hired Machineries.

please advice

Hi,

Goto SPRO>MM>Inv Mgmt PhyInv>GI TrPo>Define Screen Layout

In this, for 261 mvt type GI for Order, double click> In mat mgmt group make reservation number as Reqd entry

However in our system, whenever i refer PM order, automatically it picks only the reservation number.

in this case you have to code an user exit that checks and restricts if 261 is done against PM order

Thanks for your kind reply... Is there any can we make restriction in Fields in Movement Types or in MIGO Transaction like if i giving material against Order Reservation number must be mandatory filed...
