Account determination for consigmant

Dear All,

When I am doing 411k movement system is showing "Account determination for entry 1001(COA) AKO not possible",

Please help me to know about transaction key AKO and where i should maintain the entry for this TK.

hi

this error is due to wrong or incomplete account determination

Brif idea about AKO transaction

This transaction is used in Inventory Management in the case of withdrawals from consignment stock or when consignment stock is transferred to own stock if the material is subject to standard price control and the consignment price differs from the standard price.

process as follows

goto OBYC

click on AKO (Expense/revenue from consign.mat.consum.)

give your chart of account

and give account (discuss with ur Fi guy)

In OBYC, double click on transaction key AKO, then put in your chart of account, then maintain an entry with valuation class 1001 with G/L accounts.

Hi,

If you have maintained the material master with price control 'S'.

When you try to bring the consignment stock to company's own stock with price difference then this price difference will get posted to AKO key.

Goto OBYC and set the G/L account for the AKO key.
