How to turn off page locking using ALTER INDEX

Dear Forum,

I have this error in ST04:

Turn off page locking for D010TAB using ALTER INDEX

It is most likely SQL related, but I am unsure if it can be corrected from SAP or it has to be corrected in the SQL database?

Its a NW 7.01 / ECC 6.0 system with MS SQL 2008.
