Audit Reports: Logs and Alerts

Hello

Im wondering if there's logs of who has seen the audit reports i would like to see wich user has seen wich report at what time.

And my second question is that if there's a way to send an e-mail alert when someone access to these reports

first one is possible if you have configured auditor. Auditor tracks (provided necessary events are enabled) all those events. In XI 3, client activity is also added.

Auditor comes with a Activity universe. make sure it is pointiing to the correct database and the connection is working fine. all required events are enabled in the CMC.

Auditor also comes with some standard reports but the one you are looking for is not there. You have a create custom report. you can modify "least access reports"/"most accessed reports" to include the user name to display who accessed the report and when. also remove ranking from report.

So i understand that theres a Universe with all Auditory classes and objects. With that universe i can create a custom report with variables like most viewed report or less viewed report (These objects already exists? or i have to create them with designer?)

Least accessed reports/most accessed report are standard reports. by default they are placed in public folders\Auditor\en

you can take any one report and removed ranking and add user name. it should give you who accessed which report and when.

we have the activity universe. use that uinverse to create the custom audit reports .

1) you want know who are users viewed the report or reterived the report or refrshes the report information ? based on that create the report document action name in the query filter

The first one is possible by cofiguring the audit for BOBJ servers. for this one you can create custom audit reprots using the Activity universe.

second one is not posible
