Bacground Job Scheduling Problem

Hi ,

I have created a report , using this report we can create inbound deliveries. This report first brings one out put, in the first out put we have to select some check boxes and clike on create button on application tool bar, then we can create inbound deliveries. Can you help me how we can execute this report in back ground
