Hi Angeline,
Do you want to download the payload information (The actual XML message) or the report that you see in SXMB_MONI?
If you want to download the report, then there is an option just above the records "Export", then click on the Spreadsheet option in the list box that you see .

Hi,
you can automate the monitoring process to export the report in spread sheet by writing a batch job that would collect the required data those you need from the table(SXMSPMAST2) which SXMB_MONI (program:rsxmsadm) accesses at runtime.
Your batch job will fetch data from the table SXMSPMAST2 itself and export that in spread sheet and you can schedule it on daily basis.
cheers,
Abhishek.
Thanks you so much your reply... sound like very easy basically is not
Very strange, when I go SXMB_MONI all messages are displayed, but when I check SE16 Table: SXMSPMAST2 none of message there... also I treid SE38 to run program... I got ABAP dump error...
I check in SQL to display that table still no entries...
(here is that info. I found out)
Table:XI_AF_MSG has more then 25 fields match with moni records
Table: SXMSPEMAS has more then 3 fields
Table: SXMSPMAST has more then 5 fields
I am not sure I am right track or not
any ohter idea
Check this blog, hope you will get some ideas!!

Hi,
Could you please say me what can be the implication of sending the xml file to a excel sheet as the xml is not a table kind of thing at all.
you can always export the XML content of SXMB_MONI to your local system and save it as a .xml or a .txt file.
cheers,
Abhishek,
