Hello Experts.
I am new to adobe forms and i am stuck at a point. For my sales order, the VAT entry is missing in my output which i checked in print preview in va03. This is happening for orders created after 1/1/2019. I have forms with same output time and same setting which was created before 1/1/2019 and that is working perfectly. I have seen that the program and forms are not changed. Can anyone guide please?

Please check in your print program whether you entered the code to capture tax details from tax classification tables which you maintained in sales document .

Thank you for your suggestions. However, the issue is resolved now. The Driver Program had some issues with tax value. Its resolved now 🙂

We had a similar case with our billing document where Adobe forms started behaving abnormally exactly after 1 year of implementing VAT that is last week of 2018. Can you check the form that the language you are using in EN or AR ? We had an issue with Language but again it was related to the Form itself. So just a wild guess that check the language or create a New form by copying the current form and they try it.
