TIMEID value in time dimension

Hi,

I'm creating a new time dimension to use in my main and rate application and granularity of our time dimension is yearwise.

while maintiang members for time dimension below are the values i'm inputting

For the year 2010

ID 2010.TOTAL

EVDESCRIPTION 2010.TOTAL

PARENTH1 (EMPTY VALUE)

LEVEL YEAR

YEAR 2010

PERIOD TOTAL

MONTHNUM 12

TIMEID 20100005

FOR THE YEAR 2011

ID 2011.TOTAL

EVDESCRIPTION 2011.TOTAL

PARENTH1 (EMPTY VALUE)

LEVEL YEAR

YEAR 2011

PERIOD TOTAL

TIMEID 20110005

please correct me if i'm inputing any thing incorrect for TIMEID, i was told by some one TIMEID was generate by system when process the dimension members which is not happening in our system. we are using BPC7.0 NW with support pack 07.
