File NOT found! error when /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/peoplepicker/$metadata

Hi,

I am encountering an error when I try to set the user in Manage Workflow for Purchase Order app.

I searched the issue on https://launchpad.support.sap.com portal and found this SAP Note 2628217.

But still, issue not resolved.

Our Backend Product is SAP S/4HANA 1709.

To Activate Manage Workflow for PO app I have followed all the mention steps.

Step 1: Activate SICF node "NW_APS_BPM_SWE".

Step 2: Add oData service "SWF_FLEX_DEF_SRV".

Step 3: Assign role "SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT".

When I add a user it gives me a warning:

And when I try to activate the workflow it gives me an error:
