Hello,

Does anyone have any insight on the following error? It occurs when i run payroll for a specific individual under the KTXDM > Processing.

No entries for org unit, job or position in T5KWB

Search in organization structure failed

Check T5KWB for org unit XXXXXXXX or higher-level org unit for XXXXXXXX

Thanks.

Check processing class 20 for the wt it has error on. It should have a value different than '' .

Sorry i am new at HR and don't know my way around it yet.

SM31 tcode to V_512W_D view - go to the wt in question - double click

Hi Ted,

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked the wage type i assigned to my personnel in TCODE PA30, under the infotype Basic Pay.

The Wage Type is M001. When i cheked in SM31 for that wage type there was a value of 2 under the processing class 20.

Did i check the wage type at the right place? or is it managed somewhere else?

You need to see when payroll errors out in rule 'K023', what wt it's errored out at (run payroll simulation only for this ee with log on). Then check pclass 20 for this wt (doens't necessary have to be the wt in IT0008).

Thanks Ted, it worked greate.

Do you know why we have to make this change considering that wage types are standard SAP.

HI Ted

would you happen to know what this error is about?

Termination in operation ERROR

20101903

X045****** ERROR

Basic entry in IT :

i looked into it and it seems that it is using valuation class 25. So i did as u recommended for the previous error, i made sure it was not blank in the table in tcode SM31.

However once i make that change i see this error:

STOP: No rule in key X0451*****

Any idea?

Thanks.

The values in each pclass have different meaning / purpose. In this particular rule (X045), wt passed to this rule would need to either have value of '0' or '1'. Any value other than this will produce error.

HI Ted,

i really appreciate your prompt responses, thanks allot.

I did change the in the PClass to 0 and the error did go away but it produced the next error

STOP: No rule in key X0451*****

I can't seem to figure this one out.

Thanks.

Is this error produced from the same wt you changed ?

No from wage type /101, i tried changing the PClass 25 in there but the error persists.
