De-activation of workflow in Production

Dear gurus,

How do I de-activated workflow in Production, as we are unable to make payments that require to hit the GL expense accounts.

Hello,

Do you mean stop existing workflow instances, or deactivate a workflow completely?

If a workflow instance, find the top-level workitem id in SWIA (where type = F) and fill that in to

fm SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKFLOW_CANCEL

Then uncheck the event linkage checkbox for your BOR and event in SWE2

Then probably you can lock the workflow through

PFTC-> Additional data->Agent assignment->Maintain-> selct the ID and click Attributes

You will get one sub screen...Here you check the Lock for Instantiation Check box

Hi,

Go to tcode SWETYPV and uncheck Type Linkage option from BO that uses your workflow.
