AD-LDAP mapping for BOBJ

Hi every one,

I am mapping AD users with LDAP authentication type in BOBj as my System is on Linux.

I completed the configuration as per note # 1965433 but still getting below error while trying to log in with AD member of mapped group.

"Account information not recognized: Invalid username or password. If your account is under any root other than dc=domain, dc=com, you must enter your DN. (FWB 00007)

Like Denis said, you should be posting this in "SAP BusinessObjects - Authentication" not mobile, as they wont be able to help you with this.

It will be helpful to get accurate product version info. Ensure you are using the correct ldap hostname/ip address and port number.
