Terminating Event for Tasks with BO IMAGE

Hello Experts,

I'm working on a archive link document workflow template.

I need a step, which creates a new business object (e. g. KNA1 or LFA1...) based on the linked documtenttype (e. g. ZKNA to KNA1).

I tried to use SAP standard tasks TS30001128 and TS30000670 which both need ASSIGNED-Event of BO IMAGE to be terminated. I made a try with them but ASSIGNED is not created when setting up a customer out of this tasks. I had a look at the system trace, ASSIGNED is only created when the link btw. IMAGE and BO is assigned.

Any Idea how i can handle this step?

What is your business requirement?

You can use the Task TS30001128and TS30000670 to create a document based on a image.

You can also use TS30001117 to assign the image after the document has been created.

Thanks, but I already know this.

My problem is that the work items based onTS30000670 or TS30001128 doesn't disappear after processing because they need event "ASSIGNED" to get terminated.

II made a test and I only get ASSIGNED when the Image is assigned to the document, but neither TS30000670 nor TS3001128 is assigning the IMAGE to the Object (as you mentioned this is done in further steps)...

Maybe I should be a bit more precise...

in my workflow template, I use Task TS30000670 to set up a new object (e.g. a customer). When the customer set up is finished, the work item shoud disappear and TS30000461 should assign the IMAGE to the new BO KNA1.

My problem is that Task TS30001128 and TS30000670 need the event ASSIGNED of BO IMAGE to be terminated, but when I create the new business object out of this two tasks, I get no ASSIGNED event triggered so the work item won't dissapear out of the business workplace stayin in status "In Process" waiting for event ASSIGNED to be triggered.

I made some tests assigning an IMAGE manually to an existing Business Object, using Task TS30000461, in this case Event ASSIGNED is triggered but for the new business object instead of IMAGE.

When I create the event manually everything is working fine, so the instance linkage seems to be correct.
