I want to have a standard method to obtain a blocking message when a prospect is used to create an order.
Currently, all I have is the incompletion log which says that some partner functions of the order are missing.
Could somebody please help me.

The standard SAP is not possible to achieve this.
What you could do is to get the help of ABAP to block the display of Account Group "0005" from being displayed from the Sold-to and Ship-To Party drilldown menu during Sales Order creation.
