Mailforms contain URLs of internal pages (BSP in CRM) is not tracked

Hi All,

I am having a problem in tracking the BSPs in a campaign. When mailforms contains URL of internal page, number of click is not tracked.

We are using a standard table CRMD_IM_ML_ITEM and CRMD_IM_ML_HEAD; but it seems that there is no attribute/data that can be used to track a functionality in which when a customer clicks on a internal link (to a BSP page).

Can you please let us know what OSS note or an FM or a table that can help me on this?

I have here the code but I do not know where can I include this FM CRM_IM_UPD_CLICK_CNTR.

Can you kindly help me on this? How can I declare this new FM on my custom program?

Hi,

If i understood right that u want to track actual Hits to the BSP link attached to mailform by Customer, in this case you just have to choose from two tracking functions while inserting URL link to mail form (Tracking through a target site for BSP link)
