Hi,

Execute SPAM & SAINT Trans. code for the same. It will give you all the info for all imported support patchs in your sap system.

Also refer this informative [document over SPAM|http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/BCUPGOCSSPAM/BCUPGOCSSPAM.pdf] to get more information.

Hi,

You can also check the [sp-stacks|http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks] website.

Hi dude!

In order to know the support packages for every one of your software components, you can just call transaction SPAM and under "Directory" select "All Support Packages" and then press the button "Display" (this is equivalent to running the report "SPAM_DISPLAY_COLUMN").

Check which add-ons are installed in your system by means of transaction SAINT.

If you also want to inspect which is the current kernel patch level, as well as to know which were installed previously, you can check the table PATCHHIST (to do so, call transaction SE16, write the name of the table "PATCHHIST" and just run it; you will get the time they were installed in the system).

Cheers!!

Hi,

Go to transaction SE16 and dump the contents of table CVERS.

This will give you a list of all Software Components and the SP levels *and* you are able to export that list to a spreadsheet or something.

Cheers!

Hi Jitender Suhag,

The way to check patch level in SAP 6.0 is, there are two easiest ways to check, they are here it goes :

1. Run transaction SM51 --> Goto Release notes. ( Here you can see Kernel Detailed Information).

2. You can go into system status ( system -->> Status), after opening system status, at the bottom of the system status beside navigate you can see right arrow symbol, just click it (or) you can also press shift+F5 directly to view Kernel detailed information wherein you can see everything patch levels etc etc..

Any query please let me know..

Thank you.

Hello everybody...i will hang on this thread so i don't have to open a new one...although it's related to my question...

I want to upgrade my sql from 2005 to 2008, i have been reading all the pre-requisites and i could say that I done with all these patches...

right now i have netweaver 700 level 22, in the documentation says that i need netweaver 7.0 SR3, netweaver 7.0 EHP1 SR1, and here's the question...

how can i check with EHP or SR am I ??

You cannot. SR does not matter at all. SR is nothing but just a collection of support packages.

And if I am correct EHP does not have any SR at all, since all downloads are controlled by Maintenance optimizer in SolMan and what you need to run them is the EHP installer which is just a utility.

To make come to right place, try to go to MOPZ in SolMan and give query for a new install at whatever ehp you want and see result.

Earlier we could do the same in OSS in download stack section.

Does that help?

Thanks for the answer Chandrajeet...

Can i see the content of those SR's so i can compare what I have, and have an idea of what SR I'm on?

I need to validate if my actuall SP's met the minimum requeriments for SQL2008....

Hello,

In note [1076022|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1076022] we can see:

b) Minimum support package levels and SAP kernel patch levels

For non-SAP BW systems the minimum 700 SAP_BASIS support package level is SP14.

For SAP BW systems, the minimum 700 SAP_BASIS support package level is SP16 and the minimum 700 SAP_BW support package level is SP18.

Please consult note 1152240 for the minimum DbSl kernel patch level and the minimum JDBC driver requirements.

Eduardo
