The system could not interpret this sales organization.

Hi all,

I am geting following errror on UI screen while creating transaction,But in back end every thing wirking fine.

The system could not interpret this sales organization. There may be several reasons for this:

the short text is wrong

the sales organization does not exist

the ID should be numeric

Short text is 4 charactor

That org unit marked as sales org in function tab

the id is O 50000609

Please suggest me the solution for this error.

what is the short text, the 4 characters?

one of the similar case I know with the same error is because of numeric short text used.

please check note 443302, it is said to be not allowed.

please make a change and retest.

Hi Hongyan,

Thanks for your support that an bug in CRM 7.0 from SAP side and they release a note for that which resolved the issue.
