Backup and Restore Appset in BPC NW 7.0

Hello all,

How can we take Backup of all application sets on our BPC NW 7.0 server?

In BPC MS, we used to do it through server manager but in BPC NW there is no such option visible in Server Manager !

Also tell, once I take the Backup how can I restore it back in the Server in BP NW 7.0 environment.
