GLM - Spool management in ECC 6.0

Where can I find documentation on GLM using spool management in ECC 6.0?

We have a current custom process that prints labels with different data (same generation variant) by making separate calls to glmPT.exe. Trying to find a way to make one call to glmPT.exe and pass all the data, thus creating the labels dynamically, to improve performance? Is this possible?

Could this be done using GLM spool management?

Check this SAP note 1010990 on High availability of RFC applications and SAP Note Numbered 1061242 - Availability and performance of WWI and Expert Servers.

These are performance improvement overall on EH&S and WWI Servers.
