Complete quality notification

Hi,

following problem: If every task is completed, the system starts a workflow

in order to complete the quality notification. Normally this task is delivered

to the coordinator of the quality notification. In our case it's delievered to

every single person, wo has the rights to do that according to PPOMA.

Any idea about that?

For proper input points will be awarded...
