CRMD_ORDER_INDEX

Hi,

Can any one tell me how to find out the difference between Developer,Tester & IT Operator in the table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.

The value which is entered in CRM_DNO_MONITOR is getting saved in this table....But the values of Developer,Tester & IT Operator is getting stored and all the three has the value of feild PFT_16 is set to 'X'. So i couldn't differentiate them...So could anyone tell me the way to differentiate them......

Hi Joe,

are you sure that you are looking at the right table? Did you check CRMD_PARTNER?

Thanx for ur reply.

My problem is solved ...... we have to use FM SOCM_CRM_PA_GET_PARTNERS or SOCM_CRM_PA_GET_PARTNER to find who is developer or it operator or tester....
