freight condition

Hi Seniors,

Freight cost is been maintained in header for a STO. During GI/GR it is not showing any relevant posting for that freight condition. During invoice in MIRO, if i select planned delivery cost, it is just telling " No Delivery cost for this PO ". What could be the mistake. How can i get the FRB1 condtion value to account postings. Kindly help me.
