Not able to Start WUI in CRM7.0

Hello Gurus

we are not able to Start WUI in CRM 7.0, after entering the T code:CRM_UI the browers opens with Page cant be displayed.

we have done all the settings as per the buildign block {CRM WebClient User Interface (C04)}

Ur inputs are highly appricated in this.

please check transaction SICF.

Activate all services under SAP->BC->BSP
