Adobe Connect pro 7.0 license upload

Hello,

I want to use Adobe conenct pro.

When I installing the software I have entered serial key(<<removed by moderator>>), afterwards

when I want to upload the license file has the following

error

(No message for validation error "format", type "id", field "field-id" )I added this error screen

Hello, are you sure it is a good idea to show all the readers your serial code? Otto

Hello ikarayaka,

I am running into the exactly same issue while uploading the Adobe Connect Enterprise Server (600) license. It would be great if you could share your experience and let us know what steps are required to have this issue resolved. I have already open a OSS message with SAP.
