Shipment Type Error

Dear Guru's

I am creating shipment (VT01N), where my Transport Planning Point is 9000 and Shipment type is ZTES.

While creating document i m getting this error:

Shipment Type ZTES / Connection Type 9000 is not relevant for DSD!

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is specific to the consumer products industry and if yours is also the same scenario, you may check note 755712

Yeah we have a same practice, but how can i rectify this problem?? Can any one help?

Hi Rashid Masood,

As per my knowledge we never maintain any direct assignment between Transport Planning Point and Shipment Type.

Is the Error is standard error ?. Please provide Error Number.

Configuration is as follows,

Shipment type to Shipment Cost Type

L.E --> Transportation >shipment cost-> Shipment cost Doct---> Shipment Cost Relevance and Default Shipment cost tye

TPPS.Cost type Purchase Organization+ Purchase group+ Plant.

L.E --> Transportation >shipment cost->settlement -- Assign Purchasing data.

Revert if u have any query.

Yes its standard error . Message no. is /DSD/ST003. and I did the same as u mentioned.
