Scheduling bring down BO servers

Hi,

I am having some problems with BI4.2 sp3 scheduling... When I schedule 5 report 3 concurrent scheduling running every 5 mins the schedule fails to run the webi report. So the status of schedule is failed and it bring down the following server down with it.

1. web processing server

2. input file repository

3. output file repository

Sometimes it bring down adaptive job server as well, but not all the time.

The servers restarts but it is out of sync and we can do anything on the server. If I do not stop the scheduler it will bring the entire box down.

The question I am asking is: Why the scheduler would bring down above bo servers... theoretically if server is busy then it should queue the scheduled webi report till the resources is available then it should run the scheduler.

This is a new install BI 4.2 sp3 in windows server 12 running in HANA (Reports and CMS).

It is urgent if you could please help I would appreciate it.

Pause the schedules which are reports are taking more time and tune the performance in the report level.

Which environment you are using(Standalone or Cluster)?

I fixed this issue. The issue was the current scheduling reports running at the same time was set to 20 and system was going out of memory. I change it 5 every 10mins and that fixed our issue.
