MMBE does not show stock of serial number when status in IQ03 is ESTO

Hello Experts ,

I am new to IS -Utilities and need help to fix below issue.

User is not able to consume meter number: RAY18221291.

I have checked the status of this meter in T-code IE03 and it is showing as ESTO under the storage location V071 and WBS for the same is PNG-15.MG.TE1547.D.L.M.1.

But while checking the stock of meter in T-code MMBE I am not able to see this meter number in that batch under the WBS element PNG-15.MG.TE1547.D.L.M.1.
