Promotion performance analysis including the regular stock.

This scenario is for Promotion. My client says that he has the promotion going for certain item (say old batch of B1) which simultaneously can be sold without promotion (new batch of B1). So in a day the article B1 sold is the combined count of promotion stock and non promotion stock. How to arrive at the profitability of the article B1? Also how to analyse the performance of the promotion campaign in this scenario?

As far as I know you cannot create a simple promotion at a lower level than article (in your case at batch level). However, it's possible via Bonus Buy.

In bonus buy, you can define a new field, say "Batch". Your POS must be configured to check this field too.
