download ztable data from ECC to CRM 7.0

Hi,

I have created ztable in ECC and CRM 7.0,(tables are same).Now I want to downlaod data from ECC to CRM.

Table should only be updatable from ECC. No maintenance required in CRM.How to achieve this?

Please suggest me.
