Dear All,
To Meet our Customer's requirement we have customized condition contracts to automatize customer's rebate process. All the process is performed correctly until the step where we need to create the settlement.
I have checked in debug the business volume determined from the previous sales is correct, but the settlement document doesn't get created and the log shows message WS123 to say that there's a balance of XX on the document.
I have tried to check business volume determination in customizing but still have no clue about what could be the problem.
If anybody could help i would be thankful.
Kind Regards.
Any news about the solution please ?

Probably, you may have to carry out code corrections as recommended in OSS note 1434621
