Cannot add products to transfer orders in APO if these products are blocked in the transportation lane.

User is requesting adding products to a transfer order even if the products are not in a transportation lane or are blocked. These products are not planned in the plant because they are emergencies requested by distribution centers that are not in the plant network. Transaction /N/SAPAPO/SCC_TL1: Product AA004002 is blocked in GP00 -> GM02 lane.

Transaction /N/SAPAPO/SDP94 TLB View: Select ID GP00_TLB_V00 and lane GP00 -> GM02 Create a transfer order for product AA004002

Please refer SAP KBA 2718308 - error "This product has not been maintained for a transportation lane"
