Hi,
One of the user is unable to print SC. When he clicks on print icon at extreme right side of the SC in "Shopping cart status" transaction, a new window is opening which is replica of the previous screen (Shopping cart status) instead of print preview
screen. Please suggest a solution.
We are working on SRM 4.0 ECS with back-end ECC 6.0.

check status transaction every one can print their shopping cart .
if only one user is having issue means some thing wrong with his/her profile.

Thanks for your reply. Yes the problem is faced by only one user. Can you please detail what and all the profiles we
need to check for the user.
Found no issues with user attributes/roles. Removed temporary files and cookies in IE browser.
