Hi,
In ST03, you need to follow the below procedure:
1. run ST03
2. go to Workload --> Server name --> select day (double click)
3. Analysis view -- > users and settlement statistics --> User Profile (Doble click)
At right side double click on desired user. It will pop-up the details about what transaction/report he has executed.
OR
3. Analysis view --> Transaction Profile --> Standard (Double click)
You can see the result at right pane.

Hi Sumit Nene
Thanks for your reply, in this view it shows the count of dialog steps, not the count of how many times a program has run. For example, I have report with selection screen, count shows 2, as first one to execute the tcode, second one is for the result, so its add 2 for the count. Moreover if I run any tcode and execute ST03 again, its not adding up the result.
Thanks

Hi,
That is why, I mentioned SM19 to enable and activate "Audit Trace". This is the standard practice.
ST03 txcode is somewhat useful, if security audit (SM19) is not activated and still you want to have some analysis data to check.

Hi,
After you execute SM20 txcode, you can see the result.
Just export it as .XLS file. Later you can use filter on "Transaction" or "Program" Column to see how many time the particular program or transaction was executed.
You can also take a help of BASIS consultant for this task.

If your Security audit is active(can be done through sm19) you can read the logs in SM20 for the number of times the report was run.

Sumit
