SAP Marketplace

Dear Experts,

I want to get the "Best Practices" for SAP HCM Via the marketplace for Egypt (Which doesn't exist as a standard country).

I do have an account on the marketplace, but I can't find those best practices.

do you have any Idea where On the marketplace i could get the HCM documentation for Egypt (or for "Other countries" as Egypt doesn't exist) ?!!
