I am working on Trade Promotion Management in consumer electronics business. Just need suggestions for the below scenario in the trade promotion management. The scenario goes like this.
Today the company sends its products to retailers like best buy, fryu2019s etc. with certain price. And when they see that stock is not being sold becuase competitors price is lower, they give price reduction. They want to avoid this and decide the right price upfront. The company want to implement this functionality. Please share your inputs how to handle this in ERP or CRM. Does SAP have solution for this scenario.
