RFx related error

Dear SRM experts,

we create an Rfx, do the "publish" and then the approval shall be done by the system but its saying waiting for the approval , earlier whenever we publish the RFx it gots approved automatically by the system . Please suggest what could be the problem and how to rectify / solve it ?

Hi,

Go to SPRO

SRM Server--->Cross Application Basic Settings >SAP business workflow->Define Conditions for starting workflow

click on Search for Bid invitation without workflow approval .

Activate that .

Create Rfx , It will be published without approval.

If you are a functional consultant -check with ABAP to do this. If you are ABAP then follow the steps

Hello,

To see the approval information, please go to Approval tab in the RFX document.

Here you get info like, if the RFX has gone for an automatic approval or it needs to be approved by a business user.

All of this depends on the Workflow configuration in your system.

If you have any doubts reg configuration, please come back.

We are using SRM version 7.0

Also please refresh screen by pressing the REFRESH button on the application.

This will bring the updated status info back to the UI.

Hello,

Please check workflow template number in BBP_PD or SWI6 transaction. Check the work item status from SWI1. Double click to check the workflow log.
