Cannot see "View More Failed Data"

Hi,

I am using SAP Information Steward and trying to see the failed data. When I clicked on "View More Failed Data", I got the following Error Message: Failed Data processing did not complete. I am only getting this error for certain rules.

I have configured a Failed Database to save my failed data and it works well with certain rules. For the rules that we are not able to view failed data, we have tried deleting the task and rule and recreating them. We also tried re-importing the source tables for these rules but we still are unable to view the failed data.

Could you please suggest what is the issue?

Hello, to bettter understand your platform can you provide the following details?
Information Steward Version 14.x.x.x

As it only happens on a few rules, how are those rules constructed? Do you know if anything changed on your system before this error started?
To better understand if there is underlining error messags, please increase the logging level for the Application Services log and recreate the error.

Then in the <BOEInstallDir>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging\ApplicationService.log you should find a more verbose error message during the time of the error.

If you still can not find any KBA's for the error in Xsearch to help resolve your issue, please create an SAP incidnet ticket for deeper troubleshooting.
