Rounding rules in VAT liability

Hi all,

In VAT calculation if the fraction of the rupee is more than Rs10.51 it should get rounded to 11.If it is 10.49 it should be rounded off to RS.10

Is it possible?

How to do it.

Can any of guide on this?
