Activities in SAP ByDesign, Strange error !

Hello everyone,

I have a question and is really urgent for us to solve this.

My problem is that if I try to create a new e-mail or appointment or fax in the system, I get an error that says that the system cannot determine an ID, enter a valid ID.

I attached a picture.

In the document flow I really can see that the system is not creating a document ID, but I cant find any setup for this.

Please help me !!!

Dear Diego,

Hope you are doing well.

The error that you mention, is not reproducible in our internal systems.

For any activity in the system, such as Emails, appointments etc, the ID field is not visible in the document. It is visible, only after the document has been created. There is no activity for this. Once the document is saved, an ID is automatically generated.

Hence, the error doesn't seem like a standard one. There is a strong possibility that a partner add-on might be involved.

If this is really critical, we suggest that you raise an incident, so that we can check the system.
