IO not include PS

I have two Internal order 10001 and 10002, both using same IO type Z001, but in KO03 t-code, basic data tab, order 10001has one field WBS element , with value BCD0001 assigned, but under 10002 order, there is no filed called WBS element

so how to make change and assign IO 10002 to WBS BCD0001? thanks.
