Error when running SBO Messaging Service in Server tool

Dear All,

I need your help. I found an error when I want to run SBO Messaging Service in SAP Server. The error is

" Could not start SAP business One messaging service on local computer. Error 1053 : The Service did not respond to the start or control request in timely fashion".

I'm already try to reinstall Server Tool but the error still appeared like that.

Is your B1 version still on 2007A SP00 PL49?

yes, SAP B1 is still on 2007A SP00 PL49..I tried to re install the server tool but when i started the mailer service, it's stop and give error " Could not start SAP Business One messaging service on local computer. Error 1053 : the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

Have you configured the general settings and tested for SBO-mailer before start it?

You confused me. The setting sould be configured before starting SBO-mailer.

Could you run Service Manager ? If yes, find the SBO-Mailer and click on Settings.

It seems your local have no permission for services. So you just login by Administrator ID and password......

Dear Gordon,
