tcode for CHANGING name of work center already exists

IS any TCODE exists for changing name of " WORK CENTER " already exists

Go to CR02 and then click on header menu > Work center> rename or press shift+f7 and then rename it

check and revert

It is allowing me i, i change the name of work center it will update in Rate routing . In case of production order i havnt check it as i have checked in REM scenario.

My point was if it is upadating in Rate Routing or Routing

then is it going to get update in Prd order or not

As ur in REM then you cannot check

Go to CR02

Give the plant and existing work center press enter.

Go to top left corner there is work center click on that then below there is option for rename or the sort key is shift+F7. then a pop will come there enter the new name. then click on next screen. then save it.

Dear ,

Goto CS02 with your work centre press enter -goto Work Centre tab on the top -Select Re-name -it will pop up with the same work cebtre -Hit the yellow arrow -Now you can write the name of the work centre as you wish .

in my understanding this is not possible ( Not sure )

you need to delete existing one & create new one
