Compare R/3 and BW stock quantity

Hi All,

I am sap bw consultant, here bw side we are developed the Material moments and stock extractor to extract the data to bw side now I want to compare the R/3 and BW data for quantities, my question is R/3 which transition we have to use for the stock quantity report and how to compare both data please explain me in detail.

Hi,

as you know BW uses socalled Cube where the datas are stored. Cube contains data from R/3 or any other non-R/3 system.

If you want to display the content of the Cube you need a Query which collect the requested data from Cube.

On R/3 side you can use the Reports of Inventory Controlling (like MC.9, MCBE, etc)
