Host down HAC Node - IpcWorker ERR Connection (Received invalid message type: Unknown exception)

I'm having trouble on one of the HAC Node hosts from SAP contact Center. When I log on to the IA the host gets up but after about 20 seconds it gets down showing connection failures between the two hosts as per the log below.

Hi,

This kind of issues are typically related to certificates. One very common mistake is that the certificate is generated independently for both servers when the correct way is to export it from app1 and import to app2. An example how you should do it can be found from training materials at help.sap.com.

To verify if this the root cause you can raise HAC loglevel to trace at both servers and see if there is any errors related to certificates.
