Hi experts,
I have build a pretty complex workbook with lots of sheets and queries linked.
Results are OK, but it gets a lot of time to get refreshed (more then 6 minutes in production...), so I don't want to tick the box "Refresh workbook on Open" in the Workbook settings....
Here is my question : is it possible to refresh automatically the data (for example during the night) in order to open directly an updated workbook ?
I don't want to use broadcast options in this case... just to have refreshed data without launching variable value screen. Is it possible ?
Thank you in advance for your help !
Regards,
Mat
You can maintain cache for the workbook.
In broadcasting we have an options to update cache. Which will help you to reduce workbook's execution time.

I will follow your advice and implement Broadcast flow for this workbook.

Thanks for your answer.
But the point is not to improve workbook performance... Some tuning has already be done to improve performance... and even if I manage to improve it again, I fear it will be still too long for my customer...
Automatic refresh seems to be te best solution.... Has anyone an idea ?
