Design studio 1.6 does not save / user operation is waiting for Building workspace

Dear Experts,

I have a porblem during saving dashbord in BIP.

It always say: The uesr operation is waiting for building workspace

I have read thi pot :

as someone mentioned maybe it is because of maimim Upload File Size. and as they mentioned I need to check for this file:

dsws.properties

I have a problem with finding the location of this file 😞 in that blog somonementioned it is here:

...\tomcat\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\classes

I do not know where can I find also this path!!

Also I can not find it here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\warfiles\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\classes\ .

I do not have any warfiles folder....

Also I m not able to see the size of my dashbord... I do not know from where I should see the size of my dashboard.. I have tried from BI nd CMC but I could not see anything in properties of dashbords...

Could you please help me about these please? I have completely blocked....
